For example, we would not be responsible if the movie you received a discount offer for via an email from us or through one of our Subscribers was sold out when you wished to attend, or if the offer had expired before you tried to redeem it.
In order to receive our newsletter, push notifications as well as offers and announcement emails, users must first submit an email address. The contact information provided will be used only to inform you about offers, announcements, updates and services from us or our participating business partners. Anyone who has signed up to use the Platform may uninstall the mobile app, unsubscribe to our emails and/or opt out of push notifications, In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any of our marketing e-mails.
