NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTION:

Our mobile apps are most valuable if it knows that you are near one of its business partners. We may use GPS along with low-powered beacons (smaller than the size of a deck of cards), which are scattered in various locations in each of our towns and cities, wherever this mobile app's service is available. The mobile app's beacons broadcast (via bluetooth/GPS) signals that your phone and the mobile app on your phone can take advantage of to understand more precisely where you are, if and only if you have given location access permission to the mobile app. Some capabilities will be available solely through your phone’s GPS and the Location Access permission you have provided to the mobile app's Additional services – such as specific offers from our business partners – may be available only if you have turned on the Bluetooth or Location feature of your phone, which allows your phone to know when you are near a Beacon. We take this information and based on your proximity to a given beacon, the Service might trigger a push notification to your phone/device. You may choose to receive these offers from certain pre-defined categories of businesses, or from none at all; those choices can be selected on the preferences menu. In addition, we makes every effort to limit the intrusiveness of these push notifications by limiting the hours and frequency with which they are sent to any individual phone. This service transmits data to us regarding whether a customer is in close proximity to a beacon, or in a specific location via GPS. It also may be aware of how long the customer remains at this physical location and if they returned. Beacons and GPS are anonymous, and are not tracking your phone. In fact, in a manner of speaking, your phone is tracking them, and only with your permission and only if you have provided our mobile apps your location access (for GPS) and Bluetooth is turned on (for Beacons). Sponsors or advertisers on our mobile apps may use their own cookies, web beacons or tracking technologies when you click through to their websites from the Princeton Connect Mobile app and website. We do not control these third parties in any way. Once a User exits our mobile apps, web apps, or our websites, even if the web site is opened within the mobile App, our privacy policy is superseded by that of the website you are visiting. We do not knowingly engage in business with any company that uses spyware or malware.
